Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

with due respect sir,i have some property in pakistan, two house,together with my two brother i send power of athorny to my father from dubai to separate my part of property from my two brother ..im in dubai now a days and my father take action on my brother in civil court he must to pay these property to my father becouse registry of this two house is on our three brother name. but now my brother claim on me 2 milion rupees on me and a nother civil judge send me notice to dubai to come to pakistan court , but its all mony claim fake my brother no have any paper work of these money ..can my father face this case with my old athorny of these two house or i must send a nother atorny...please i want to clear on thing that i can not go to pakistan ,,so for my brother making cross case that if i dont go for the money claim case to pakistan may be court will hand over my property to my brother

You need to send another power of attorney but "Special Power of Attorney" and with that your father can defend you in the suit for recovery of money.

depends on existing POA if such attorney have any clause which specify the parties in any order of title to file or defend the suits , petitions, appels etc. then he can otherwise another attorney would be required for new case.
