Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
I was employee of a private housing society in pakistan.completed probation period, due to good performance, contract was extended for 1 year. After 2 months of renewed contract was terminated after getting a resolution signed by management committee members and sent for approval. It was returned unapproved by approval authority. Firing person considered it approval and relieved me off forcefully. Appellate board of society reinstated me in service. Management went in revision petition against appellate board decision. If the revision petition is accepted by the competent court what could be the next available remedy / course of action for me. Thanks and Regards....
