Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
First floor residents of our apartment placed two goats at roof of apartment which is 4th floor's roof / Flat of mine. The animal's excretion is not only causing rubbish on roof it may become cause of diseases. I asked General Secretary of Apartment's registered Union to arrange removal of goats from roof as it is illegal and immoral but nothing has been done so far despite passage of 5 days. Neither owner of goats nor general secretary listing to my request. Whether i have to report this incident to Police Station or any other solution is available?

yes dear you can avail both remedy criminal or civil litigation against that person and if you request General Secretary in written then you can also make party to him also.
