Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Forgerd sign by account holder on cheque and fake document, what rule will be apply to file legal suit against him.

Registered a FIR against him under 489-F, 420, 468, 471 PPC.

account holder 's signature on the cheque can not be construed as forged, it may amounts to human error. you have not explained what do you call as fake document.
