Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Some one gave me cheque of Rs. 700,000 which was dishonored, further mudai also paid his bank loan installment of Rs, 70,000 from own bank account to his loan account. In 37 cpc tell me amount should mention 700,000/- or total 770,000/- what is legal requirement.

AOA.

which i have understand from ur above question. there is two transactions..

first dishonouring of cheque issue to you by some one.i.e .(defendant) and

secondly Rs.70000/- was transferred from ur account to defendant's loan account as an loan installment which was infact a loan of Rs.70000/ granted by you to defendant and for which defendant is bound to pay u back.

my opinion is that there is two separate transactions having separate remedies, like suit under Order 37 for first one and suit for recovery for second.one, whole amount cannot be claimed in one suit .
