General Power of Attorney
i want to ask that i am indian citizen arrived at pakistan on visa my father had property in pakistan he had died now. whats the procedure to get the power of attorney related to land from my brothers,who are in India

First thing is, either this property was owned by him before partition (1947) then therewill be a different and complicated scenario.
About the power of attorney: you first need to register this documentin India with Registrar then you would come here in Pakistan to Registrar with "Pre set". Then this PoA will be acceptable in Pakistani court.

there is no use of power of attorney until and unless you two brothers or the other (if any) legal heirs of your father first get them selves declared by the court the legal heirs with respective share holding in this or the other (if any ) holdings of your deceased father. in this regard if you have any other question don't hesitate to ask or contact.
