Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
govt of punjab, pakistan regularized the doctors in year 2009 (previously on contract). but finance department has regretted the "pay protection"......Now all receiving (wheter employee from 2006 or 2009),,,,,the pay as if the are new appointee in 2009...
Is not it against civil rights? How an employee from year 2006 or 2009 get same pay?
What about ''pay protection for lump sum pay'' employee (not on national pay scales)?

if you wish to move high Court for relief i can help you there but if you require remedy from Service Tribunal, then please seek someone else help.
