Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
My grandfather has 24 kanals land.he has three sons and two daughters.how many kanal land get by each son & daughter.And if daughters wants to transfer their part to only one brother how can they do.

6 Kanals to per son's share and 3 kanals to per daughter's share and if a sister want her share to transfer a brother she can do it by her statement recording before the sub registrar of revenue department.
