Hey, i want a khulah frm my husbnd. He lives abroad and hv left me wth hz family, tht are causin me mental and physcal pain. I jst want a khulah 4rm hm. The only concern iz my jewlry tht my fathr gav me. Thts al wth my mothr in law. Cn i claim that via khulah? And what wod hapn to my 9 month old son. I dnt wnt to lose hm

Child custody of male child goes to mother under the age of 7 years... Even after that welfare of child is of paramount importance.. In case of Khula you have to leave haq mehar..
