Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
In a joint property 80% co sharer sold their un divided share while 20% shares of co-owners do not agree to sale his shares This co-owner filed a suit for partition and challenge the sale made by 80% co-owners. whether the sale is bonafight and can't be challenged in law? the possession of property was delivered through attornment. Whether the property is subject to partition when the title over property is not clear?

dear without proper partition between the share holders no one dispose off his share in joint property.
if it happens then sale without partition is void.
