meray shohar ka intiqal hogaya hai.mughay koi olad nahi hoi.meray shohar nay ek larki god lee hai,ab meray shohar intiqal karchukay hai,meray shohar ki jadad mein 2 ghar hain jis mein ek mai,main rahtay hoon,ab mughay yeh poochina hai ka mera us ghar mein kitna hisa lagta hai, meray shohar ka panch bhai aur ek bahn hai.aur yeh poochana hai ka jis ghar mein main rahti hoon us main bhi un kay bhaiyon ka hisa lagta hai ya nahi,aur yeh ghar house building ka qabza talay dooba hwa hai,aap ki madad chahye.

masla ye nhi ha k bewah kahan rehti ha, warasat, warasat hoti ha or shariaat k mutabiq tamam hisadaro mein taqseem ho ge. Haan ager marhoom ne zindgi mein koi gift dia huwa ha to wo aik alag case ha. Ager property pe ya marhoom pe koi loan ha to wo bhi warson pe muntaqal ho ga.
