Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Can we get mobile records (SMS & Calls Details) of someone from mobile company in order to present court as evidence. If yes,what is the procedure? Is there any court order required instructing mobile company to give details?

go to their head office.. usually they do not provide sms records.. When they refuse then u can take direction from the court.. for more do consult me at [email protected]

you can achieve the phone record from such mobile or phone company head office if they denied then you can appear before relevant court for direction and then you can avail said record and can provide that record as documentary evidence and you can also consult me on my email [email protected]
get a court order , and managed to issue a robkaar in their name... company's personal should come with record and testify before court...
