Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
My mother is the legal owner of our house. she is very worried because of my father's 2nd wife. She is worried that my father would sell the house. kindly tell me can my mother make such a will according to which ownership of house is transferred to her children and till a specific time period no one even the children could not sell her house?

if she is legal owner then no one is empower to sell even the husband

if your mother is the owner then during her life time no problem, if a women dies then the husband entitles to 1/4 th share of whatever left by the deceased women. if your mother wishes then property can be gifted among her children during her life time.
