Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Negative publicity of an Accused or Regarding the Trial proceedings.

What is the law, if there is any, regarding negative publicity of the accused or the trial proceedings which renders the judge to be biased against the accused and to sentence him wrongfully, due to such a bias? or if the case is rendered predetermined due to such negative publicity?

Is there any remedy when such a biased judgment is passed by a judge due to the negative publicity of the case/accused in the media etc.?
