Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Negative publicity of an Accused or Regarding the Trial proceedings.
What is the law, if there is any, regarding negative publicity of the accused or the trial proceedings which renders the judge to be biased against the accused and to sentence him wrongfully, due to such a bias? or if the case is rendered predetermined due to such negative publicity?
Is there any remedy when such a biased judgment is passed by a judge due to the negative publicity of the case/accused in the media etc.?

Re: Negative publicity of an Accused or Regarding the Trial proceedings.
In fact this can only be a presumption that certain type of propaganda or news would have effected the trial pending before a jugde.courts always decides upon a matter, basing the witnesses and evidence available to them ,even hearsay evidence is of no use, without corroboration material of evidence is of no weight.Above all ,option of appeal is always there to rectify any lecuna.
