Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
A person given his land to government education department for opening the school in his village
Education department accepted and build a building there.and after that department appoint there
out side people instead of landlord villagers or his educated relative person could land lord make
sue against education department for appointment of their relative in the same school. Kindly reply

in fact there is no law which may implement this kind of demand except if there was any stipulation before granting the land for such a modus operandi to be implemented and as such was accepted by the department.
