Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
A person occupied on our land which we not selled him. He filled case against us that we selled the land to him. He proven this with fack stamp paper in session court. The court take decision in his favour. We filled appeal against the decision. But it also has been rejected. Now we filled Fraud case 12-2 in high court. We want to know that what this case,s decision will come in our favour or not.

when one court decides, in 80% cases the uphelds in all the superior courts unless some point of law convinces the court to change the decision. If the so called agreement is fake, ask the court to force that person to produce the proof of money he paid to you. You can consult me at [email protected]
