i want to ask that if i want a POA from Indian national And want that to register it in Pakistan whats the procedure?

You will get a "pre set" from India (where you have get it registered it) and then this pre set will be presented in Pakistan to the registrar. Then this document (PoA) would be acceptable in Pakistani courts with the same worth as in India.

A poa has to formed by the executor in favor of ABC (whomsoever ) and has to be endorsed by the embassy and be sent to ABC in His country who will first get it endorsed by the foreign office of the receiving country and than get it registered by the concerned registrar / sub- registrar office.
