Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
Police
some one went to police and told that Mr. ABC take away some money from my home in my absence. policemen come to that person and get a boy with them. after taht he is released on ''gettogether'' and 15000 is charged for that , again after 6 months that person goes to police station and says the same story once again what should ABC do when policemen come?

if there is no case FIR registered against ABC than police can not arrest the person, but preliminary questioning can be done to interogate the verbal complaint forwarded by the XYZ, whereas police can not do that in a consistant routine as it is somewhat shown in the present scenario, ABC shoulg get immediate legal help by contacting a lawyer at once, without wasting anymore money and time.
