Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
in my question i wrote wrongly my husband brother died but correctly my husband brother(dewar) wife died.and he will marry with me.

You can get the property even without getting married with your dewar. However you and your children will get inheritance from father in law after his death. But u can still inherit whatever is owned by your late husband. Make up your mind and marry your dewar.. Its in your benefit.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
