Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
I am residing on last / 4th Floor of residential apartment while recently 3rd Floor tenant had kept two goats on the top floor of apartment thereby causing rubbish / animal excretion which may spread diseases. How this matter could be resolved and to whom i should approach?
