Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

we are running the business of our joint family after the death of our parents.we are four brothers, one of brothers who was conducting his own business seperately during their life time is pressing hard

to break the business which is in our control.we have refused to divide the business at this stage

because our chidren are studing in different colleges. If the business is divided and business is sold

out, there is ample danger of stopage of our childrens education. Is it possible for our remaining three

elder brothers not to let the business divided till the date when our children complete their education.

after completion of education, you will wait for their marriages and after that you would be requiring amount for your grandchildren and the brother who is deprived will just wait till he grew older and after he passes away his children will fight with your children.. Plz dont create panic and dont break your relations.. Give him his share at least if your are not dividing business with him otherwise your whole family will suffer..
