sir my father transfer the property through registered sale deed he is illateral other party take his sign on stamp that he recieved the money but we cant recieve any payment and do not gave them the possession what we do?

it can be challegned on same grounds. you must immediately obtain a stay order from civil court.
who was the witness on sale deed.?
