If my younger brother has proved defaulter of some payments of XY persons and not be able to pay back. What is my Legal position in this case?. You can take any kind of legal action against that party... A petition under Harrassment Act 2005 or petition of 22-A of CRPC both are preferable in this context.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
