Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
will and sale
Mr. A make his will which is effective after death and sold the property without cancelling the will during his life time,whether the sale is legal or not?

Will is adocument which is enforceable after the death of testator so if the testator has sold this property in his life time it is quite lawful. You can't challenge it.

sale of the property is a valid one, but death scenario is to be seen so far criminal aspect is concerned.though you have not asked that question but if you do require please contact.
