my cheque was dishonor from the bank of punjab egerton rd to the bank khyber sha alam market on 11-10-2010 and registered fir against me in PS Rang mahall. the bank of khyber not jurisdiction to the area of PS Rang mahall. the bank of kyber have jurisdiction to the PS Mochi gate. the question is that to how the position of the fir which registered wrongly to the ps rang mahall

its not the jurisdiction of the bank instead the jurisdiction of the police station under which an offence is committed,
