Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pakistan
A cheque was issued to supplier drawn on Bank X. But due to some network problem, payment was deposited online in account of said supplier maintained with Bank Y on the same day. The supplier didn't returned the cheque and went to the bank X where the cheque was bounced. Now the supplier is going to claim payment against said cheque.
What law says if he lodges FIR and what measure we should take. Please define in detail.

hi the said circumstances are a bit technical but not least,,, you can issue a legal otice to the said supplier that the consideration amount has been transfered to his account in a different manner,, consideration is complete so return the said cheque,, also you can intimate the bank for stop payment,,,
