Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir ,

I have given loan to my friend 500000 for 03 months verball agreement . But now he refused to pay back me . I have deposited money online to his UBL bank account . I only have bank deposit slip on which his name and account number is mentioned .

How can i get back my money from him .
