i m want to ask question that my friend borrow from me money 18 lac ruppee and given me cheque and that cheque get dishonerd due to not money in his account.and he refuse to pay me money he allway lie say not money i have.can u guide me what better option i have to recover the money

you have two options to recover your debt , 1- filling a criminal case against. 2- debt recovery suit.
it is suggested that you should avail first option first.
