Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pakistan
If I pay an amount to a person & this was been written on a white paper with the sign of that person without attesting the document from an authority. Can he be sued by me on the ground of this document.

though it is very difficult to prove but you can sue him for the money loaned out.
