Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

under 489F case, if accused refused to return money back and give statement in front of investigation officer/court that he has paid this amount in two installement in different date in presence of two wittnesses those will appear in court and give fake statement on Quran while applicant also has two wittnesses those will also appear in court those will give true statement or on Quran that accused has not paid this amount and has promissed to pay back amount soon. 2nd if accused give this statement before the court/IO that the complaint has not return back the cheque because applicant has misplaced this cheque any where else also fake statement. Also give eligation for bribe. In plane paper also write ( in figure ) he has pay back amount in this given schedule ( within 1-1/2 month) also discussed for financing of other project, name and other materials also mentioned in same paper where he has given schedule for returing of money. Can a accused get bail on fake statement and what decision mostly take when given statement on Quran on both side either fake or genuane. Accused's father who is problem creater alos involved in different case can applicant show his bad record before the court while his son is culprit under 489f. please help i will greatly thanks also suggest me this is my 1st court case and i dont have experiance.
