Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

2nd opinion on cheque signqture from writting expert can be obtained from where 1st opinion is obtained from same department i.e. FIA or any rule for the police to obtaine 2nd opion from other department if 1st opinion is from FIA and then 2nd from punjab-lahore etc or other.
And if accused party say it that he has return the orignal receipt to applicant, the fact is different, the accused party prepared recipt by scaning signature of applicant. How it can prove in front of court the private compaint/istighasa is from applicant side is admitted & in process. Please explain it in detail.
3rd concern bank is party in this case, can a seperate case again bank file in the court of consumer. (applicant is not a client of said bank).

yes , from forensic , it is possible .... or you may file a civil suit ...
