Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Hi
1) I have 2 question here please help me regarding this support i have admitted case of 489F on one party and still it is on process so is there any other remedy i will avail in order to arrest him.
2) My second question is that more than 6 dates has gone with same result that is left over so is there any legal method to request honourable judge that this was my case and still its pending so please hear it. May be i give application personally to Judge Sb or my Lawyer have authority to put the request

yes, there is , you may file a petition to justice of peace to get them arres, if they are not on bail...
there must be any valid reason for adjournment , plz explain it..
