Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
if you think that your account will be filled with money by the time you write a cheque but unfortunately the other team wants the money and the cheque bounces then what is the punishment?

in fact in these kind of cases , alot is depeddant on the factual scenario rather than its legal aspects. if you dont deny the due payment and the writing of cheque for date when the arrival of money narrowly skipped than later you had the account filled with the money you were anticipating than you have an easy groung; call to discuss in detail on my cell 0323-4638149.
