Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
An accused is residing in Multan whereas FIR is registered under 489F from Islamabad. I want to know than accused can be arrested from local police as it is hard from Islamabad to arrest him, plz tell me this situation under the law prevailing in pakistan.

definately local police can arrested him but he has to be handed over to Islamabad police.
a procedure is there which has to be adopted by police. Islamabad police has to request to local police for assistance/permission and then they can arrest the accused person
