can we amendment in criminal companit.
Sir,
i have filed criminal complaint (illegale disspossion act), but now i have to amendment in plaint.
Is ther any law to amendment in criinal complaint?

a criminal complaint is as good as FIR with the police and depiction of the fact in a criminal complaint must be true and must be described very carefully. so there is no point arise of changing whats been described as happened.but during leading the evidence try to explain very carefully if you must.
