Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
AOA Dear 249A application has been recieved in trail court and accused person take ground on this "that already they people have put recovery suit for this case so 489F proceeding should be stop" so could you please tell me the exact rule name in which allow both criminal and civil proceeding can be continue please reply me ASAP because 19th is my date. i am applicant

I have published the judgment on my blog www.salmankhangolra.blogspot.com few months ago in which the principle is that "a civil case cannot stop the proceedings of a criminal case".
