Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

AOA,

I have filed a case of 489F and amount is total 35 Lac in this high court Judge has given bale to that person on condition basis that he will give me total amount within 5 months but he has not given me a single penny so i have moved cancellation of that case in front of same judge. Now almost 4 dates has gone but still judge is not deciding anything he has just asked him to give money to them at last date the party says that we are ready to give 5 lac cash and 1 lac per month installment. Judge sb has asked me are you agree on this i have said no i need 50% cash and then i will agree for installment. So on last date he says in very harsh way that i will give decision today at 4 PM but next day when i will go court for decision he says that judge sb has given a date again what is this i cant understand so could any one help me regarding this and what is the views of judge

1) Should i accept 5 lac offer and what is our next terms and condition to that party because i am sure he will not give me 1 lac also per month so by keeping in view please suggest me

2) If i will not agree on 5 lac option than is it possible judge sb will grant him bale without my concerns

3) Its my personal request please guide me what is better for me

Accept the offer and take 1 lakh... if he doesnt pay you 1 lakh every month you will still have the remedy of cancellation of bail. As far as decision of the judge is concerned, it will be the admission of petition in your favor but that will result in the cancellation of bail and that person will not give you money if he goes in the jail or remain absconder.
