Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I was booked in a case,arrested,remaine in jail for 2 years and 11 months, am on bail now but stll suffering agony of trial, till todate no evidence have been recorded
what shoul i do

you have not mentioned what charge you were in for , it is also important whether the challan of the case have been submitted before the court or still pending.

pass on application of 249_a,, for triable by megistrate,, or 265-k, for session trial,, depend on charge sheet
