my brother had small street fight with some boys they lodge fir in which they stated that we loss gold chain mobile and some money in fight how to lodge cross fir against them.

Approach session court move 22-A and B petition and take the stance that police is favoring their version of the story and not yours. For more do consult me at [email protected]

First of all get Pre arrest bail from session court and then join the investigation and state tru before investigating officer along with some affidavit of respectable.Hope he ll record your version other wise u can file a petition before JUSTICE OF PEACE,
