Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
In case of 489f if concern bank from which the cheque is dishonoured, help the accused to change the record during collection of cheque & other record for lab verification by police investigation officer what action should be taken from applicant against bank though istighasa/private complaint is in court/in process & bank is also a party& charges 420,468, 467, 471 & 489f already fixed & accused has obtained pre-arrest bail under istighasa. The concern has not directed yet to police to collect the record. Applicant is trying to collect accurate record from bank by separate police investigation on request for submission of titima challan. Plz note earlier ex-I/O submitted the challan in khana 2 declaring innocent on report in which the sign are tempered by accused.
