Sorry for the delay in answer. Case law means.

'judge made law', if in a case or dispute there is reasonable doubt to beleive that there is a proposition needs to b decieded between the parties then higer courts as wel as supreme court decied the mater and recomend to register the case on that law point for further reference become a case law, meaning decissions of higher courts

case law is a terminology used to dscribe already present and precedented law /decision /judgments of the high court and supreme court present on a similar proposition as the one in hand.
