Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
How a cheque dishonour case if FIR lodged can be linger on just to avoild culprit complain & how i can safe my self without returing the amount. What i should do now either say
- I have already return your money
- cheque not return by me its misplaced by complainee.
- my cheque was stolen
- or any other things just to provide complecation for learned judge.
- How i can get post arrest bail from court easily.
- What i should say in court so i could safe me without paying back money which i taken from a person.

A stay order from Civil Court is the best way .
but I think u know a lot already.
I suggest u to do not play with law it may become harmful to u
