Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
If cheque was been dishonoured in August 2006, can it be possible to launch FIR for that dishonoured cheques in January 2010 within the territory of Pakistan?

cause of action can be shadowed by limitation but as it may be in your case that the upper ceiling of limitation can be condoned if the other party alleges that all this while they had been trying and negotiate the matter by amicable means and cheque issuing party was in promise to make the payment but consequently, was flatly refused few weeks or months ago......
