Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
The cheue has been dishonoured in
Multan City and i m intrested to lodge FIR in Islamabad under 22A as i have deposited cheque for clearance in Islamabad, Can i lodged FIR under such rule in the area mentioned above, the court either consider the problem of disability or not plz help and guide.

Not possible u r only wasting money... The only way you can get a FIR is to produce a recent judgement of supreme or high court allowing FIR in such circumstances in the complainant's city which is not possible as per my knowledge. For more do consult me a [email protected]
