Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

This is continue question I got registered FIR against my wife and her brother, who prepared fake and bogus Birth Certificate of my child by issuing stamp Paper by my name and also signed by my name on stamp Paper and Birth Certificate Format and presented this birth certificate in Session Court against me in a Habious-491-A.The investigation officer got sufficient cash from my opponent side and declared innocent my wife and her brother.Now the case is pending in Session Court.I moved application in the office of DIG investigation to change the investigation but report was in favor of Investigation officer.The application traveled from DIG Office to SP office and than DSP of area and than Concerned Police Station Investigation officer in charge.Who favor the Investigation officer comments and write that Husband is trying to blackmail his wife and i/o does not taken my sign and thumb impression.DIG investigation office is not ready to listen to me.What remedy is available for me?

I think your case is a Family case, which have been tried to be diverted in criminal proceedings.

What are the age of minors, that matters.Remember, now a days it is very much cleared that the custody of minor in father hand is not illegal.

Second, in-spite of blaming the I/O immediately obtain 5 to 6 Affidavit from respectable of the locality and file an application before concern magistrate for submitting your side evidence in investigation,after submission of the affidavits I/O ll not be able to favour the accused unnecessary.
