Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
How & in which court we can file suit against bank who change the record & initially provided letter for stop payment with bank stamp by accused & next stage informed in writing with bank stamp that the accused has not applied for stop payment in bank in case of 489f which was file against accused by me. The bank is also a party in private complaint. please help case should be file in session court, banking court, direct high court or banking mohtsib. I ll appreciate your early response.I need to file case against bank for damages and harjana.

For the damages the best forum can be consumer court. There is a private complaint filed in the consumer court against unfair trade practices. Heavy damages can be awarded to the person whose rights are infringed by the bank..For more do consult me at [email protected]
