Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
As per the Criminal Procedure Code 1898 if we filed the criminal complaint as the two person, after the pfoclamation under section 88 Cr.p.c, accused no 1 come in before the court and inform the court the accused on 2 had been death. what will be the current position of the Criminal complaint.

your question is not clear. in what stage this statement was made... when he was dead , before the filling of complaint or aftre that ?
