Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear All,
Thanks for your quick responses i need to know that i have terminated one agreement because my monthly profit has been stopped so automatically the agreement has been terminated and i have deposited given cheques which were bounced and after check deposited i have also send legal notice to that person but after check bounced and than i have launched FIR after 15 days of legal notice so please tell me is there any impact on my case due to that mishap that i can deposit cheque before given legal notice if yes then how could i cover this point in trial please send me answer ASAP

proposition is not so clear but all what it appeared it could be recovered by vigilant response.. further more better and final opinion could be given after examination of documents
