Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear Respectable Lawyers,
I want to ask one bit strange question. Please don't mind. I have some husband wife issue and my wife is in her home and not with me since 10 months. She with her other family members is putting some un con vincible demands from me like money, to leave my parents/home, to support financially her parents etc. My question is that her uncle is in punjab assembly and behalf of this fact, they try to blackmail me and even threaten me as well. Her mamo is Assistant Secretary Legislation, Punjab Assembly Lahore in grade 17. I need to ask that this person can harm me through his legal powers or he has some power to influence legislation/court procedure being in assembly. Personally I don't think so. Further my wife has threaten me once that I cannot leave country without her permission? Is it true that its so simple and easy that she can put my name in ECL through her uncle?

Legally they can't do anything against you except she can fill a case in family court for her own expenses.
They can't even put your name in ECL.

they can not do anything to you... if u r afraid , file an application before justice of peace or file a writ in High Court ... they will never dare to involve ..
