Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir, i need to know if cheque signature is mismatched and accused provide fake stop payment receipt to i/o what will be action.

if cheque is bounced merely on "signature differs from specimen", then u should send the drawer a legal notice with in 15 days to make payment good, failure of which will attract penal consequences along with civil liability.
